1. Application & Document Submission
Apply easily through our platform and submit all necessary documents, including your educational certificates, professional experience, and other personal documentation.

2. Document Review & Interview
We review your documents for completeness and invite you to a personal interview. This is your opportunity to ask any questions about working in Germany and the next steps in the process.

3. Contract & Document Translation
After a successful interview, you will receive your placement contract along with detailed information about the next steps. We also handle the translation and certification of all relevant documents to facilitate the recognition of your qualifications in Germany.

4. Qualification Recognition
We submit all necessary documents to the responsible regional authority to have your foreign qualifications officially recognized according to German standards.

5. Language & Professional Preparation
While your qualifications are being recognized, we support your professional and language development to prepare you for work in Germany. This includes specialized training, language courses, and the opportunity to get acquainted with practical procedures at our partner healthcare facilities.

6. Job Offer & Preliminary Approval
Once you receive an offer from a German employer, we apply for preliminary approval from the Federal Employment Agency on your behalf.

7. Visa Process
After obtaining preliminary approval, we initiate the visa process and submit all required documents to the relevant authorities.

8. Onboarding & Arrival Preparation
Once your visa is granted, we take care of organizational preparations for your arrival, including registration with local authorities and other essential steps. Optional support for accommodation, such as finding housing and signing the rental agreement, can also be provided. We prepare you for your first day at work.

9. Arrival & Integration
Upon arrival in Germany, we welcome you and assist with initial administrative tasks. You start your work at the agreed facility, fully integrated and well-prepared.
